the idea of these "barasti" buildings. the fresh orange juice included in the breakfast
Very difficult to find the location Very dirty! bad linen already used by others. nothing in the bath room! Internet connection free only for 1 hour. The price is the same of other hotels really very good.

Good location out of town.
Not really ready to receive guests after some renovation work. No proper checking had been carried out on facilities. Unfortunately the restaurant was not in operation for dinner and there was no water on arrival.

We only booked one night but will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Nizwa. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice making us wonder if we should have eaten dinner here instead of getting takeaways. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

the room were very spacious and clean, toilet is also well equipped and clean. Staff were very friendly. warmth and helpful. Its is also quite and away from the city/town hustle and bustle plus its safe.
the place could use more of direction signage from the main road/expressway. perhaps a shaded at least children pool would add to the activities that could be done by family with kids.

Nothing, though tried hard at breakfast!
Poor location, inadequate facilities, noisy dogs, hard and dirty bedding, no Internet, avoid it!

Private comfortable cabins, cleaner than I've seen in Oman in some places.
We wanted to the goat market in Nizwa early in the morning, at about 07.30 am, but breakfast was not ready and there was no one at the desk for check out. This all took too long, as far as I'm concerned. They should be aware of travellers wanting to leave early on Friday mornings, or at least let us know at what time to expect breakfast.

Nothing
Too expensive for the service offered. Tiny and dirty room far from everthing (10km from downtown). Good if the only alternative is to sleep in your car.

The hotel team was very service oriented. When the WiFi did not work, we could use the hotel computer's internet cable. The manager worked hard to fix the problem and finally he found a solution. We were served a huge breakfast buffet the second day, even if we were the only guests. The hotel is located not far from Nizwa (plan to leave early if you want to see the cattle market on Friday morning and get a parking space).
The hotel is located at the main street and is very noisy, also during the night. There is nothing around in walking distance. The hut was simple, bed linen was not complete and did not look very clean. The room was not made during our stay of 2 days. One morning we had a power shortage and no warm water. Overall, the hotel/camp/resort is too expensive for what it offers.
